In the serene neighborhood of White Deer Valley, nestled southwest of Chatfield Bluffs, one of our spa technicians had an unforgettable encounter that quickly became company legend. During a routine maintenance visit, the technician opened up the client’s pump vault to inspect the spa system.
What he found at the bottom wasn’t just pipes and equipment — it was a writhing mass of rattlesnakes. The vault had become a hidden den, echoing scenes straight out of an Indiana Jones movie.
Since that day, rattlesnake sightings have become a known hazard across several properties we service in the area. Our internal system now includes prominent warnings to ensure every team member wears proper footwear and stays alert while on-site. It’s a vivid reminder that nature doesn’t always stay in the background — sometimes, it takes center stage.
